Delete your Leksio account
Request deletion of your account and associated data, including an account used in the Leksio mobile apps.
If you can sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion by email without access to the app.
Send your request from the email address assigned to your Leksio account to kontakt@leksio.pl. State that you wish to delete the account and associated data. Do not send your password or identity documents. We verify ownership before carrying out the request.
Send an account deletion request
Account deletion ends your agreement with Leksio. Cases are archived and unaccepted offers expire. It does not terminate an agreement with a lawyer. Reviews remain published unless you request their removal.
You can request an export of your content before deletion and for 30 days after termination. Data required by law or for claims are retained only for the purposes and periods described in the Privacy Policy; the other data are deleted or anonymised under that policy.
If you have an App Store or Google Play subscription, also cancel renewal in that store’s subscription settings. Cancelling renewal, withdrawing from an agreement and deleting an account are separate actions.
