What is the e-court and how does a payment order work?
The e-court is an electronic order-for-payment procedure resolving two million debt cases a year, where eight in ten rulings are a payment order.
The whole case runs without a hearing, based only on the creditor’s claim - the debtor learns of it only when the order is delivered, and has two weeks to object. How this procedure has changed since 2010 is shown in the e-court report.
